Reach the Rest, Inc. (RTR) is pleased to provide information to all donors and/or visitors. Please be assured that RTR uses its best efforts to protect the privacy of visitors to this web site.

RTR secures personal information on a limited basis. RTR collects first and last names, home addresses, email addresses, and credit card numbers when voluntarily submitted. Information for online donations will also be collected in order to process that donation.
RTR uses collected information to communicate regular field reports, updates, fund-raising campaigns, and/or major grant initiatives. If you do not wish to receive such materials, please contact the RTR Office.

Organizations may be secured by RTR to perform a variety of functions including assisting with donation collection, IT technical services, etc. These organizations may have access to personal information to perform such functions. These organizations, however, may only use such personal information for the purpose of performing that function and may not use it for any other purpose. Other than what is stated in this Privacy Policy, RTR does not sell, transfer, or disclose personal information to any third party.
RTR reserves the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation, or legal request; to protect the integrity of the site; to fulfill donor requests; or to cooperate in any law enforcement investigation or an investigation on a matter of public safety.
